1. Price Lock Policy

The price displayed at the time your order is placed is the price you will pay, provided that your payment is postmarked or your ACH or wire transfer is initiated within one business day of placing the order.

If payment is not initiated within one business day, the order will be requoted based on the current spot ask price at the time payment is made.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Personal check mailed to our business address
ACH bank transfer
Bank wire transfer

We do not currently accept cashier’s checks, money orders, credit cards, or debit cards.

3. Order Reservation and Inventory Hold

Placing an order reserves the selected items for up to five business days.

If payment is not received or initiated within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the reserved inventory will be returned to available stock.

4. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address and applicable state laws.

Certain precious-metal purchases may qualify for a sales-tax exemption depending on the customer’s state and the value or type of products purchased. Any applicable sales tax will be displayed during checkout and included in the total payment amount.

5. Shipping

All orders are shipped fully insured through USPS Registered Mail and require a signature upon delivery.

Please allow approximately one to two weeks for delivery after payment has cleared.

We ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not currently available.

6. New Customer Orders

Orders exceeding $1,000 from new customers may require additional identity or payment verification before processing.

Herb’s Coins reserves the right to contact customers by phone or email to confirm order details before shipment.

7. Returns and Disputes

All sales are final.

Because precious-metal prices fluctuate, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refund requests based on changes in market prices after an order has been confirmed.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All transactions with Herb’s Coins are deemed to take place in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Any dispute arising from a transaction shall be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Florida and handled within the appropriate courts serving Charlotte County, Florida.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the transaction and any resulting contract are entered into in Florida.
